Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with any seals intact. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@easiholdcuracao.com with your order number. Please note that items must be sent back to the following address: Kaya Temetiká 145 unless otherwise agreed.
Only after we approve your return request will we provide a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: items that have been opened and used, customized/personalized goods, or goods which by nature cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons. Also, sale items or gift cards may not be eligible.
Cooling-Off / Distance Selling Right
As this transaction is a distance contract, you may have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is in the condition stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
