Shipping policy
1. Overview
Easihold Curaçao currently offers local delivery across Curaçao for all Easihold products.
Our goal is to provide reliable, transparent, and cost-effective delivery while keeping you updated every step of the way.
2. Delivery Options
a. Local Delivery (Curaçao)

In-stock products: typically delivered within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-orders: estimated to arrive 3–4 weeks after the shipment departs from the U.S. (this may vary based on sea freight and customs).
Once stock lands in Curaçao, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email or WhatsApp message to schedule your delivery day and time.
b. Local Pickup (optional)
Local pickup may be arranged by appointment once your order is ready. You’ll be contacted directly with pickup location details and available times.
3. Shipping Fees

Free local delivery is offered for all pre-orders and any order above ANG 180 (or XCG 180, effective April 1 2025).

For smaller orders, a small delivery fee may apply depending on distance and package size.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
4. Currency Transition (ANG → XCG)
Until March 31 2025, all prices are displayed and charged in Netherlands Antillean Guilders (ANG).
Effective April 1 2025, all transactions will automatically convert to Caribbean Guilders (XCG) in accordance with the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten guidelines.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Easihold Curaçao handles all import and customs clearance on your behalf for local orders.
Customers within Curaçao will not incur additional import duties beyond the total shown at checkout.
6. Delivery Timeframes & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Sea freight or port delays.

Customs clearance and inspections.

Local weather or road conditions.
If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you immediately via email or WhatsApp and provide updated delivery timing.
7. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive:

Order Confirmation Email – immediately after checkout.

Shipping/Arrival Update – once your pre-order shipment departs the U.K.

Delivery Notification – when your order is ready for final delivery in Curaçao.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your product is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
Email info@easiholdcuracao.com with your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Additional delivery attempts may incur a small re-delivery fee.
