Welcome to Easihold Curaçao (“Easihold Curaçao,” “we,” “our,” “us”). We operate this website and online store to offer Easihold products within Curaçao. The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc. By accessing or purchasing through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy ([link]).

If you do not agree, please do not use or access our website.

1 – Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

2 – Products and Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors or textures may appear differently on various screens. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue items.

3 – Orders and Pre-Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only when you receive written acceptance or payment confirmation from us.

  • Pre-orders: estimated arrival is 3–4 weeks after shipment departs the U.K., depending on port and customs clearance.

  • We may cancel or adjust orders for reasons including stock availability or pricing errors.

  • Returns and cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy ([link]).

4 – Prices, Currency and Payments

All prices are listed in Netherlands Antillean Guilders (ANG) until March 31, 2025.
Effective April 1, 2025, all pricing and payments will automatically transition to Caribbean Guilders (XCG) in accordance with the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten’s currency change.

  • Payments must be completed in the posted currency at checkout.

  • Prices exclude shipping, customs, import duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept Shopify-approved payment methods and direct bank transfers.

  • You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information and are responsible for any charges or bank fees.

5 – Shipping and Delivery

We ship locally across Curaçao.

  • In-stock items: 2–3 business days after payment.

  • Pre-orders: approximately 3–4 weeks after arrival to Curaçao.
    Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address you provided. Inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of any issues.

6 – Use of Products and Suitability

Easihold is designed for decorative gravel, paths, and garden borders. It is not intended for driveways or heavy-traffic surfaces.
Results depend on correct preparation and application. Always follow product instructions and ensure warm, dry conditions when applying.

7 – Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, images, videos, and content displayed are the property of Easihold Curaçao or its licensors (Vuba Chemical Innovations Ltd). You may not reproduce or reuse content without written consent.

8 – Third-Party Services

This site may contain third-party tools or links (for example, Shopify Payments or Meta integration). We provide these “as is” and are not responsible for third-party content or performance.

9 – Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made with Easihold Curaçao. Shopify is not a party to any sale or transaction and bears no liability for our products or services.

10 – Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy ([link]). Shopify may process your personal data as necessary to host and operate the store.

11 – Feedback and Reviews

By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display your content for marketing or service-improvement purposes.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing and availability) and to cancel or update orders affected by such errors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
Any disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of Willemstad, Curaçao.
