Cancellation policy

1. Overview

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how pre-orders, standard orders, and cancellations are handled at Easihold Curaçao.
We aim to keep our process simple, transparent, and fair for all customers.


2. Purchase Options

Easihold Curaçao offers two main ways to purchase our products:

a. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve your Easihold products before stock arrives in Curaçao.

  • Estimated arrival time: 3–4 weeks after shipment departs the United Kingdom.

  • All pre-orders are prioritized for delivery once stock arrives.

  • You will receive email and WhatsApp updates at each stage of the process (shipment departure, arrival, and final delivery scheduling).

b. In-Stock Purchases

Products listed as “In Stock” are available for immediate local delivery (2–3 business days after payment).
Delivery scheduling is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.


3. Cancellation Policy

a. Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment leaves the United Kingdom for a full refund.

  • Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still be eligible for return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy [link]).

  • Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

b. In-Stock Orders

  • Orders for in-stock products can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed for delivery.

  • Once your order is dispatched or scheduled for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

c. Delays or Product Changes

If a pre-order is delayed beyond 6 weeks or becomes unavailable, you will be notified immediately.
You may choose to keep your order active, exchange it, or receive a full refund.


4. Non-Cancellable Purchases

Certain items are final sale and cannot be canceled once purchased, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Custom or special-order requests.

  • Opened or used products.


5. Payment Method & Currency

Until March 31, 2025, all payments are processed in Netherlands Antillean Guilders (ANG).
Starting April 1, 2025, all transactions will be processed in Caribbean Guilders (XCG), in line with the new Curaçao currency regulations.
